Rules & Policies

Make-up policy: If a dancer misses a class, they may attend a makeup class of any style in their respective age/skill level. Makeup classes need to be taken within one month of the missed class. Maximum of five makeup classes per main season (September-May) and three per summer session (June-August). Makeup classes are for currently-enrolled students only and do not “roll over” to the next season. Please email us at office@unbounddancestudio.com to schedule your makeup class.

No gum or food or drinks (other than water) allowed in the studio.

All registration and tuition payments are non-refundable.

Prorated tuition will be offered for any new students enrolling mid-session.

Auto-Pay: All accounts are required to be signed up for auto pay through our online registration system. Monthly payments will be processed during the last week of the previous month. Students wishing to unenroll from a class will need to provide written notification by the 15th day of the previous month.
Only exception is our Summer Session and 10-week Parent & Me sessions, which are paid in full upon registration.

Any photos or videos taken during classes, performances, or other studio-related events are property of Unbound Dance Studio and may be posted online or otherwise used at the discretion of the studio. Parents may not take any photos or videos during class or performances without prior permission from the class instructor or studio director.

Dance shoes are NOT to be worn outside of the studio, and street shoes are NOT permitted on the dance studio floor.

Dancers should arrive approximately 5 minutes early to prepare for class.

COVID SAFETY POLICIES
Dancers ages 3 and up, parents/guardians, and instructors must wear masks at all times, except during water breaks.
Dancers are asked not to bring anything other than their ballet shoes and water bottle into class with them.
We respectfully request that only one adult accompany each dancer to class, so that we may keep the waiting area as clear as possible.
Hand sanitizer will be provided before and after class, and the dance area and bathroom will be cleaned in between each class.
All members of our staff are fully vaccinated.
